Introduction

Welcome to Jinni AI! Jinni AI is a service that connects WhatsApp to ChatGPT, a product by OpenAI. Jinni AI is a product by Jinni AI Ltd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jinni AI service ("Service") and constitute a legal agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Jinni AI, Ltd. ("Jinni AI", "we", "us", or "our"), a subsidiary of Jinni AI Ltd. By accessing, installing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.


License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Jinni AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

Content Disclaimer

Jinni AI is not responsible for the content generated by the Service, as it has no influence on how the content is generated. Users must be aware that generated content might include false information, could be subject to copyright, and may not be suitable for commercial use. Users are solely responsible for fact-checking and ensuring that they have the necessary rights to use generated content in any manner they choose.

Data Storage and Privacy

Jinni AI temporarily stores messages sent by users in order to provide conversational context to the content generated by the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that Jinni AI will store your messages for this purpose. Jinni AI will not share or use your messages for any other purpose. Limitation of Liability
Jinni AI serves only as a bridge between OpenAI's ChatGPT and WhatsApp and is not responsible for any content provided by OpenAI. Jinni AI will not be held accountable for any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, including but not limited to any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content generated by OpenAI.

Jinni AI reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide reasonable notice, either by posting a notice on our website or by notifying users through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination
Jinni AI reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service, without prior notice, for any reason or for no reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jinni AI is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
